Hunt Test Announcement

Information about our upcoming hunt test
Picture
We are holding our annual Working Dog Test on December 8th and Hunt Tests on December 9th and 10th in Crawford, GA at Bright Penny Acres. Cocker Spaniels and other breeds will demonstrate their abilities to find, flush and retrieve upland game birds. The judges, Susan Willingham and Cathy Vinzant, will score each dog's performance. The dogs with qualifying scores earn another leg towards their AKC Hunter title. It's exciting to watch dogs do what they love and are bred to do! Food, including our fearless leader's famous chicken and dumplings, and drinks will be available. You can read the details on the premium list. You can enter via Hunt Secretary through November 28th. We hope to see you there with your dog or as a spectator!

Lunch is available onsite for $10. Everyone must wear a blaze orange vest while on the property. They are available at WalMart. Spectators and volunteers are welcome!

This link will take you to the last turn into the hunt test site (Google Maps).

This is the hotel contract to provide rooms during the hunt test:
